Buckhead is a lifelong artist with a long life. Before plumbing the depths of digital artwork on his iPad, he mastered most forms of media, including soft sculpture, metal work, ink, paint, print, theater craft, interior design, jewelry, drag, and fashion.

He takes inspiration from many sources, lately finding material on the Internet which he reshapes and transforms into "Buckhead Originals."

After over a decade on Tumblr, during which time he produced over 10,000 pieces and gained thousands of devoted followers, his content was shut down without explanation.

Could it have been for showing too much skin?
